Old Navy Old Navy in White Plains is organized, friendly and helpful staff, and of course has great deals. I love their children's section! I favor their summer merchandise over any other season.
I find the employee rude manager was taking money out the register and employee was on the phone asking if I had a receipt didn’t get a greet nor eye contact found that rude and horrible service
Old navy had a 60% sale yesterday. NOT ONR Salesperson in the entire store. Only two registers were open. There were at least 30 people waiting on line to pay (if not more) There was no PJ bottoms to go with the tops. Great prices but no inventory and don't feel like waiting on line for an hour to pay for one item. There should have been at least one salesperson in every department(women's, men's children's) All of the registers should have had a cashier. This is not an isolated event.
