I’ve been away from this chain but they brought me back with the styles. Really nice!
Nice people working there
I went into this location to return some items I was really hoping to fit. Normally I get a tall size but this style was naturally long. When I was returning the pants I was sad that I’d have to buy a different size at normal prize rather than the discounted rate I got them at. BELLA went above and beyond to find replacements that would be an even exchange rather than me having to pay more. She was so kind and patient to ensure I had a great experience. She’s the best :)
Apparently, they no longer sell jeans with a 31-inch length. They also use what I call scam sales techniques in slapping a bunch of 20% - 30% off signs on overly priced items to begin with! So, I should buy a pair of jeans with a 32-inch length for $40, after a reduction of 20%, then go spend another $20 at a tailor to have them hemmed? Add Old Navy, and I'm assuming the gap to the long line of price gougers!
