Incredibly lazy. Placed an order for pick up, order got canceled, yet I went in person and they had the exact item I had placed an order for, they just didn't care enough to do their jobs.
Friendly staff
I LOVE this Old Navy! They have amazing sales and the staff is always super helpful and friendly. I went the day after Christmas and they pointed me towards the best deals and clearance racks. The store is also very well kept. Definitely a shopping fave!
It always seems there are better deals online than in the store. Sales never match up with online sales and they won't honor online pricing.
