Worst manager ever today at The Gardens Mall. I had for return a shirt due to washing it the correct way and it shrunk. I called before hand and was told to bring it back by said manager. She was gracious in returning it although I had removed the tag but at the end of our transaction she threw the shirt on the counter behind her saying “well now we can’t re-sell this!” Really... it had shrunk! Don’t buy any metallic printed shirts at Old Navy because they fade BAD and FAST! My mom bought one for my daughter and it faded so bad when I washed it (following the wash and dry instructions on the tag). The Loveland Old Navy wouldn’t exchange this for me because it had been washed 🙄. So now we are stuck with this weird faded shirt she’s never worn that will likely get worse. It makes me really uncomfortable the way the guy at counter at Old Navy tries to get my email. He doesn't ask for it, he just spins the touch screen my way and tells me to enter it in the text field, as though it's a completely normal and expected part of a retail store transaction. And then I say no and he looks me as though I just reached across the counter and slapped him. That makes me really uncomfortable, too.

there was a older lady in the middle of the store trying on stuff with her tits out and my child had to point it out and the clerk's did nothing when I told them about it checking out cause as soon as I saw the lady with her tits out I went straight to pay for my things and stopped shopping never again will I go there or recommend it to anyone
