Today I stopped in to buy a pair of shorts. Mallory started to check me out, until she realized I was a cardholder. She made sure to tell me about a cardholder exclusive I wasn't aware of & let me grab a few more things so that I could save on my purchase. She even stopped to check on me & reminded me to check my email for rewards before I got rung up. Did I mention this was 10 minutes to close?
