This is my favorite Old navy store - they have a great selection and prices . Going to stock up on pants soon and I'm enjoying my new coat . Check out their fragrances too .
Quite possibly the least helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. During my visit, the two employees couldn’t have been less interested in serving their customers. We spent our money at Dillard’s instead.
I don't like ward parkway Old Navy, always picked over and the store is a freaking mess all the time, I love shopping at the one in independence mall... I love old navy & all the deals !!
RecommendedShout out to the crew at the Ward Pkwy Old Navy; they were calm collected and cool when the tornado sirens went off the evening of March 6 2017. Got ushered to the bathrooms with about eight other folks in a very good concrete vault. Seems they practice their emergency drills and very competent.

The store manager has no cash register training or customer service skills. I needed to exchange a few gifted outfits for the proper size. She returned them to the grandparents out of state card and then couldn't void the transaction. So now the grandparents are offended we returned their gift, and my child is out school clothes. If she had cared enough about her job, the merchandise, my experience, or her training enough to ask if there was anything wrong with the items, like her training tells her to, this whole situation ... read more
