Okay so I love old navy, as a MOM I love shopping for not only myself but the whole family. Unfortunately I absolutely hate that you took the carts away. It is near impossible for me to carry my 20 month old,her baby doll, the diaper bag, and look for good sales/ quality clothing. I will not be returning because the store is now an inconvenience for anyone with a little one
