Terrible customer service. I walked in to ask if they had a specific item, and the associate immediately put her finger up in my face to signal that she was on the phone. I understand helping other customers, but that gesture was rude and unprofessional. A simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would have been fine. Instead, I felt completely dismissed and walked right out.
Shout out to Ben for his amazing customer service very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great service that I received the date on Sunday. Have a great one.
