This OLD NAVY probably has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life! I don’t know why I keep giving this store my time or energy because it’s always a disappointment. The issue is ALWAYS the wait time in line. Why in the heck does it me need to stand in line for 30+ minutes at OLD NAVY when multiple employees are just walking around the store? Then you talk to a manager and she is high as a kite! Like what the hell! Old Navy Jefferson Mall this is the last time...I won’t be back ✌🏾
