Was pleased I was able exchange an item I bought online. But found the aisle maze to check-out difficult to navigate with a cane.
Placed an order online with Old Navy for in-store pickup at night, my order was confirmed through email and my card was charged, but the next day I never got a notification that my order was ready. I decided to call the store to check on it and the order had never showed up on their end. I spoke with one of the managers, Emerson, and his customer service with this issue was fantastic.
