Gary really helped me in finding the polos I needed, and was sincere in his congrats on my getting a new job. He was resourceful in knowing where product was, and helped me narrow down until I got what I needed, which both fit perfectly, and was the right material for the job. I also received help from Sam in the fitting room area, helping in finding the correct sizing for me. She was patient and thoughtful. Thank you Sam! Just wanted to say thank you so much!! Apparently Old Navy, the physical store and Old Navy the website are treated like two separate entities. Items that are on clearance online are not on clearance in the store. To get the accurate clearance pricing, you have to show the cashier the price on your phone on the website, and only then will they price match it. It shouldn't be considered price matching when it's all the same business.
