Employees closed the store while I was in the fitting room without checking for customers or making an announcement. They had to unlock the doors to let myself and another person out
Great place to shop for a decent price they have a manager named Kallie who's awesome.
Worst experience i've had at an old navy! Some lady that had an old navy name tag on was outside stand smoking a cigarette right by the door which made the store inside smell that way! Nobody inside to greet me or anything! I'm guessing the person outside was suppose to be inside working. Looked around for about 10 minutes. I never seen anyone except for the person outside that was still smoking when I left the store. Will not be back to this trash store!

My family and I came to the Old Navy in Flagstaff because we have about $140 in Old Navy Cash to use. In the past, on several separate occasions, the cashier and MOD allowed me to combine the Old Navy cash to avoid several separate transactions, however the cashier, Mariza, explained that ‘they don’t do that anymore,’ so I explained that we would be there a bit because we will need to separate all our transactions.
