giving one star is too generous. please stay away from this bank. I’d rather you go with Wells Fargo, US Bank or Fifth Third Bank instead of this bank. The staff is horrible. Trust me when I say this, I will NEVER step foot back in this bank again. It’s a reason why my parents left this bank. I should’ve listened. If you are considering this bank, please go somewhere else. And don’t try to dispute something, they will always side with the merchant. Just a FYI. Save yourself the time and headache.
