Not referring to tjis location but to whatever lication handles collections and recovery. Lo g story short. Itook out a car loan in December 2024. I made o e payment in January 2025. On January 31 st i was hit and car wzs totalled. I wzs seriously i jured. The at fsult persons insurance took responsibility and took posession of the car from the tow lot in February. Due to my 3 months of hospitalization and rehab i have been off work. Insurance paid %90 of the loan off. Gap wzs suppose to pay the balance but they did not cove... read more
Now I understand why I don’t do banks , called this morning bc they sent a texted about a fraud alert so I called and ended up with two different rude ass ppl . Needless to say I will have all money money pulled out and never bank with theses rude ppl
