My experience at this bank was unfortunately very unpleasant due to the behavior of a teller named Leo at the Lincoln Park location. I came in to cash a check issued by my institution and was told I needed two forms of ID, even though I presented my valid driver’s license. I’ve cashed checks at several banks—including Chase—and have never encountered this requirement. I politely responded, “Wow, I’ve never heard that before. Hate this bank. Can't report your debit card as stolen w/o jumping thru many, many unnecessary hoops, meanwhile crooks have access to my account. Idiots! Ever heard of automation? Also, their online app doesn't work and they have few branches in Chicago---most w/o ATMs. On almost every turn this bank fails.
