I went to open an account and Sylvia May told me I lived too far south to open an account there. I asked for a radius for the bank and she said she couldn’t provide one. I later called the corporate office and they apologized. They had never heard of this policy and suggested using a different location. Very odd and a waste of my time.
I was waiting for the bus and a very rude Security guard, his last name is MEDINA, came out and started to screen and being rude to people on the bus stop, even called one of the bystanders stupid. Only photo that I was able to take after the guy threatened us. Old National Bank should be more aware of who they hired.
Had the worst experience with this bank. Unprofessional in every way. Won't be coming back.
