Visited the branch, bank do not having cash more then 5000, surprised and manager was rude, no politeness. Small bank but behave like bigbanks, most time their waiting time and behavior is of sub standard, closing the account soon.

Went to see Bella and she was great! helpful, and very nice overall, a good experience.
Probably the worse experience after 20+ years banking with the institution. I feel descriminated in my bank institution for making deposit of certify check in their atm. Instead of calling their members with a courtesy call and obtain more info , Bank decided to block my whole account until I prove the funds of real state trasaction. Careful where you bank.🥺
