Great customer service
Went to see Bella and she was great! helpful, and very nice overall, a good experience.
Probably the worse experience after 20+ years banking with the institution. I feel descriminated in my bank institution for making deposit of certify check in their atm. Instead of calling their members with a courtesy call and obtain more info , Bank decided to block my whole account until I prove the funds of real state trasaction. Careful where you bank.🥺
Went to the bank last week with a friend, She was depositing a check into her account, we were asked to sit with the manager so she could help with reviewing the account. Let me continue with saying I do not use the word racist unless deemed absolutely necessary, but this woman had the most unpleasant customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
