Helpful and friendly
I have been going to Old National Bank for many years and have had no problems.
So I just went to cash my check (which was and Old National Bank check)! I called ahead to make sure it was no problem. When I walked in, there were no customers (12:20pm mind you). Only one teller was working, she glared at me as I walked up. I said hello, I just called about cashing my paycheck for work. She said well who did you speak to? I said a male. She then looks at it oddly and says we'll have to call to make sure they wrote you the check? I was like huh? So she calls the owner of my store to ask if he truly wrote m... read more
Don't bank here they rob you!! Customer service is rude and told me to bank else where when I said they charged me an overdraft fee for their mistake. They never fixed it! They will respond with saying to email their complaint email, but they never respond to those emails.
Staff is very nice. I preferred all my family friends.
