Don’t even waste your time here and go the coal city location. I went in here a couple days ago in a panic, I accidentally left my wallet on the roof of the car and drove off while taking my kid to school and didn’t realize it until I pulled into a gas station. The car was really low on gas, I went to this bank hoping to deactivate my card and get a new one or at least pull out the money I had in my account so I can put gas in the car and take my kid to school (he was already running late).
