I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Terrible service, poor communication and would absolutely never recommend this bank for ANY services, especially a loan.
Old National Bank once stood out as the rare regional bank that didn’t act like the big, impersonal institutions. For several years, we truly loved banking with them — the experience felt personal, efficient, and rooted in the community. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. Since the departure of one of their key regional private bankers, the bank has felt disorganized, bogged down in bureaucracy, and lacking any clear identity. They apparently have poor internet security. Their head of mortgages had his account hacked and it spread hate FOR 5 DAYS. If not poor security then he was spreading hate..
