They apparently have poor internet security. Their head of mortgages had his account hacked and it spread hate FOR 5 DAYS. If not poor security then he was spreading hate..

Trying to resolve an issue took over an hour on the phone. When John came on the line, he purposely hung up on me. When I called the 800 # again, John refused to take my call bc I'm a lesbian. So John discriminated against me. I know this bc I overheard their whispering. I will be moving my loan to my credit union bc they are professional, kind & courteous, and non-discriminatory.
Takes you an hour on hold to talk to someone and get your card turned back on after they cut it off for no reason
