They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!! You cannot contact anyone if you need help. Terrible customer service.
It's impossible to call the McHenry bank location directly. You always have to leave a message and wait for a return call. It would be nice if they answered the phone. I don't know any other bank that does this.
