service at wilmington location has always been good at least since a few weeks after the company change. but not being open on saturday is very inconvenient. forcing me to drive 15 mins away to the next town and than wait in line for 10-20 mins (literally) due to the fact that there are always more than 5 people in line and the lines done move to quickly. not terrible experience but inconvenient for those of us who dont generally have time to do our banking mon-fri.
Horrible undertrained staff. Worst bank for miles its a wonder you guys have 2 stars
Easy enough to get on and out. I inherited Old National from First Midwest and them from Standard Bank. I do miss Standard. My checks are deposited electronically and I use bill pay and write very few checks
Customer service is terrible I’ve been trying to get cd rates for a week no one answers the phone just directs you to an automated system that has nothing to offer for the info I want you can leave a message and get no call back , typical big business they couldn’t care less !
