Scammed. I was supposed to get my new checking account bonus and they suddenly started charging me a bunch of fees. They are not going to be giving me the bonus now.
Closed our free business checking account without contacting us. Charged us maintenance fees on a free checking account without notifying us. When I called the lady was super rude and I wish I remembered her name. We opened a new account with another bank and are very happy.
Very weird customer interrogations and a waste of time...you will do better to bank anywhere but here.
Went in to make a checking deposit and banker needed social security number and asked me what I do for work.. It was odd to be treated like this just to make a checking deposit.
