Told me they could open an account, drove 45 min there and they refused to do business with me. Take your money elsewhere. Helen was bad to work with. Danielle was okay
Scammed. I was supposed to get my new checking account bonus and they suddenly started charging me a bunch of fees. They are not going to be giving me the bonus now.
Closed our free business checking account without contacting us. Charged us maintenance fees on a free checking account without notifying us. When I called the lady was super rude and I wish I remembered her name. We opened a new account with another bank and are very happy.
Very weird customer interrogations and a waste of time...you will do better to bank anywhere but here.
