Worst customer service!! The manager and staff is horrid. They refuse to help.
the worst bank we've ever used They made regular and consistent paperwork mistakes when opening the account, fixing errors on accounts, opening our HELOC as well as closing it. we will never do business with this bank again, we went back to Chase; they get work done accurately and efficiently.
I went to get one page notarized and they did it quick at no cost in a friendly manner. Can't ask for more.
