We had to open a checking account with them to take advantage of an interest rate reduction for our approved home equity loan. The banker was downright insulting and treated us as if we were criminals attempting to commit fraudulent activity. I left the branch and was able to open the checking account in minutes online later that day. I moved my home equity loan closing appointment from this branch to another branch by the airport to avoid seeing these awful people again.
Worst customer service we have ever had.
Nothing but thief’s in this bank. I went through the atm and $480 was stolen from me. When I went inside they said there was nothing that can be done because it was outside of the bank. Nothing but thief’s in this bank. I believe it was an inside job because the machine held the money and gave me a receipt as if I received it and I didn’t.
My experiences at this branch are always top notch. Especially with Sean. He is always very friendly, super professional, and goes above and beyond.
I mean, read all of the other reviews. SLOW. I've been in this bank at least 10 times and my God is it SLOW as possibly can be. Avoid this branch at all costs unless you have nothing to do. Literally every employee has a pitiful comprehension level, inaccurate assessment of time, and a generally uncaring attitude.
