I cannot express how absolutely wonderful Shawn and Kelsey were with my situation. They were kind and patient and very knowledgeable. I had nothing but a pleasant experience with this bank.
Was great but now won't let you pay mortgage over the phone.
Not very convenient on hours atm is also always down
It's OK not great more about banking online
Terrible service. I been getting and exchanging change there for months (without an account) and for some reason those people won't let me. Not to mention how rude they were. No matter how politly I ask i can't get a simple $20 bill.
