It would be a five-star review, however it's near impossible to call the place during normal business working hours and get someone to pick up, let alone even getting it to ring on their end. Either the receptionists are super busy and need help, or they just don't like answering the phone and would prefer to call you back at their convenience. Either way it reduces customer service rating.
Place sucks!! Go across road to county national save yourself the headache!!!
The ladies here take good care of my wife. She doesn't like change so she's slow to warm up to the newer people but the regular ladies in there do a great job!
I would give it a 5 stars but they have this younger guy in there and he always comments on the amount in my account and it bothers me. Are you trying to get me robbed in the parking lot? I also took a chunk out to save and he made a comment about me "spending it all". It's my money. I'll use it for Firestarter if I want.
I always love doing my banking here. The tellers are always very helpful and friendly.
