This bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately I have a mortgage there, and I always pay it on time. But they send me double mortgage bills, every month, because I pay it early. So I had to start writing the month and date I paid it for on the bill cause at first I was paid ahead because my husband died and I wasn't thinking straight and just paid the bill when it came in.
