I want to thank Chris F. at this location. I had a very rough not so great experience with another branch and the telephone service. After much thought I decided instead of holding that against the entire brand I would give another branch a try. I accomplished everything I needed to for a very complicated business situation all in less that 2 hours, instead of days. I walked in today and spoke with Chris Fleck. I was very stressed because my account was overdrawn by over $100 due to a misunderstanding. She resolved the issue quickly and took the time to explain how I could avoid any future issues. She was professional, but personable, warm, and friendly. I would highly recommend Chris!
