Fees like crazy, terrible hours, honestly- go anywhere else.
I do NOT recommend this bank! They did not honor the credit card that THEY provided to me when they decided they wanted us to use a different one! Mine was still valid and there was money in my account yet I was left standing at a register in a store being told my card was denied!!!!! I also have a small account that I tried to pay off just last night and they will not allow it to be paid off because they want to squeeze every last penny of interest that they can from me! OLD NATIONAL IS NOTORIOUS FOR OVER DRAFT FEES EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE A DIRECT DEPOSIT EVERY 2 WEEKS AND EVEN THOUGH YOUR ACCOUNT SAY THE CHECK IS AVAILABLE ON THE BALANCE BUT STILL SHOWS PENDING OLD NATIONAL BANK WILL CHARGE YOU OVER DRAFT FEES ON WHAT YOU USE IT FOR THESE IS OLD NATIONAL BANK'S WAY TO SCREWING THERE CUSTOMER'S OVER SO MY SUGGESTION IS GO TO ANY OTHER BANK IN YOUR AREA AND BE HAPPIER DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU AND OR ANY SENIORS YOU KNOW UNLESS YOU DO NOT CARE
