Very nice people and good service at this bank, however the phone app is terrible! Not user friendly at all. In this time there is no excuse for technology to be complicated and confusing. Please create a better online experience for your customers. I had another bad experience today and would like to talk to someone. The debit card I received for my account could not be activated. I informed the bank I was moving and needed to close my accounts. They said I should keep it open for at least a year because my wife passed away, and I might get checks in her name. I get a stimulus check in her name. Our 1st. Had my father go to deposit with original copy of death certificate. They won't deposit it. They said the government might take it back. That's between me and the treasury dept. I have several thousand in the account to cover it. I've never been overdrawn...ever. 3 people, including a manager told me ... read more
I have had 2 great experiences with the loan officer Kim! A personal loan, and a home equity loan. I also bank here and have had no issues.
