Treated my grandma like crap. Lost my grandpa 2 weeks ago and the lady that helped her figure things out was very rude. Kept telling my grandma that she was goin to have to pay back any money she took out because she no longer got her soc security money, she was to get my grandpas, we knew this but she kept saying it and my grandma was crying and this lady had no remorse. Absolutely Garbage! Awful experience buying a house. 1 month after buying house they sell off your loan. So much for keeping it local... 15 dollars a month for checking account is a joke. Garbage Bank!
