Horrible customer service
Find a better bank where they actually care about there customers. Walmart has better service then this joke of a bank.... update!! This Bank still sucks go to a better bank. I know I am now. Wasted 10 years on this Bank for nothing.
They called my husband today asking what he did with HIS money when he cashed out his check LAST MONTH...for "security reasons". He has been using that bank to cash his commission checks for the last several years, with no routine change. Its our money, and none of their business. Not to mention, it took them a month to become concerned!? Good security 👏
