Today, after over 20 plus years, I closed my account. Thanks to the branch manager in Arden Hills. Back in Nov. 25, my mother passed away and the banker Jessica assisted me with my documents so I was able to keep my mother's account open until everything was cleared. She should so much compassion and had knowledge of what I needed. Yesterday, I went to the bank to make a deposit. They refuse to answer the telephone. When you finally speak to someone, they are an off shore call center. I left 2 voicemails because a deposit was incorrect; nobody has returned my calls.I have been a customer for 31 years but I am leaving the bank due to poor customer service.
I’ve had consistently great experiences with this branch. It’s a very accessible location, and the team is outstanding. They’re quick to help, flexible on timing, and genuinely easy to work with. Compared to other banks I’ve worked with, Old National stands out

On May 28th I got a statement from April saying there would be an inactivity charge. Would have been nice to get that April statement closer to April, or you know maybe a heads up this was coming. But the teller at the branch didn't seem too concerned by this so it was an obvious choice to just close the account. Hopefully that was enough activity and don't send me a bill for $5 in June for the month of May.
