On May 28th I got a statement from April saying there would be an inactivity charge. Would have been nice to get that April statement closer to April, or you know maybe a heads up this was coming. But the teller at the branch didn't seem too concerned by this so it was an obvious choice to just close the account. Hopefully that was enough activity and don't send me a bill for $5 in June for the month of May.

I've been continuously banking here for over a decade (back when they were Anchor Bank), and I have nothing negative to say about the staff and management. They worked hand-in-hand with my business and the PPP; they made getting a HELOC a snap; they are always friendly and there's never a line. I strongly question the motivations of the negative reviews here - they absolutely are the opposite of my very positive experiences!
Terrible bank all around.
I have NO idea who these people are giving ONB one star. I go here all the time (I have personal and business accounts) and I have never had a bad experience banking with Anchor and then with ONB. Quite the opposite. For example, the ONB bankers walked me through the PPP process step-by-step and likely saved my business as a result. I suspect these "reviewers" don't bank here and have ulterior motives, but that's just me. Don't hesitate to bank here.
