separated business and personal accounts in the most half assed way, suspended my business debit card for fraud then never issued me a new one, took me off a joint account without my authorization, had to drive over an hour to deposit a check because they deactivated my account due to "inactivity" just like how it just logged me off the app due to "inactivity" even though I had literally just tried to mobile deposit a check. not to mention constantly logging in and saying account unavailable. Great people. Have always treated me and my family well
I wanted to stop a couple 10 dollar automatic monthly payments and 39 dollars to stop each payment. They charge for everything! 3 dollars at ATM's that are free etc....
Remember when old National was Anchor Bank? I do. I remember it with a sense of nostalgia. Looking back on something better. Better customer service, a drive through you could access before 9 am. Community bank, Pioneer, United Prairie Bank, Bank Vista, First National … all these places have an 8:30 teller. Anchor Bank used to. Old National Bank of Mankato does not offer this service currently.
I was impressed with the entire team at Mankato ONB. They extend a warm welcome and work hard at best meeting my needs. I highly recommend the wonderful Mankato branch. A-1
