Great people. Have always treated me and my family well
I wanted to stop a couple 10 dollar automatic monthly payments and 39 dollars to stop each payment. They charge for everything! 3 dollars at ATM's that are free etc....
Remember when old National was Anchor Bank? I do. I remember it with a sense of nostalgia. Looking back on something better. Better customer service, a drive through you could access before 9 am. Community bank, Pioneer, United Prairie Bank, Bank Vista, First National … all these places have an 8:30 teller. Anchor Bank used to. Old National Bank of Mankato does not offer this service currently.
I was impressed with the entire team at Mankato ONB. They extend a warm welcome and work hard at best meeting my needs. I highly recommend the wonderful Mankato branch. A-1
I am wondering if this place is still in business? They have the shortest hours of any financial institution in Mankato if they are still operating. The switch from anchor bank to old national has certainly been difficult for them, it shows.
