Refused to process a check they believed to be a fraudulent check i was mobile depositing, snd I believed the check to be goo but they refused to process the check and locked my account I was told by Kristin that I needed to come person to the branch with my ID which I did and they still refused to process the check. I just wanted them to send it through the system like any other check and if it processed it then we would know it was good . Snd if not it would decline the check like any other check.
