Very rude teller experience. Asking a simple question after being directed by Old National customer service to go in person nets you a dramatic scoff, as if you are wasting her oxygen by being in the building.
I love the folks working at this ONB branch.
Contacted them 2 today about closing my debit card due to loosing it. I needed up hanging up on the very rude customer representative. He kept speaking over me when I was trying to talk offered to help me find a branch close to me then refused to do what he offered. I have been a customer with them for over 20 years and I have to say after the last few interactions with them, I think it might be time to move on to another banking team. Very bad customer service. Maybe look around before banking with them.
