Contacted them 2 today about closing my debit card due to loosing it. I needed up hanging up on the very rude customer representative. He kept speaking over me when I was trying to talk offered to help me find a branch close to me then refused to do what he offered. I have been a customer with them for over 20 years and I have to say after the last few interactions with them, I think it might be time to move on to another banking team. Very bad customer service. Maybe look around before banking with them.
Do not get a vehicle loan with them! You are better off borrowing from a stranger. They mess you around to get your money every chance they get.
I called this particular branch and they forward my call after 30 min of being on hold at 4:30… so basically I call them at 4 and at 4:30 they forward me to the corporate number when they close at 5. I just tried to come in at 5:15 when they close at 6 to try and open a savings after I have had an account with them for 6 years and they don’t have the door open. The Ellettsville branch is way smaller and yet someone always picks up and I can enter 10 minutes before they close and they help and they are so sweet.
I used Shellie Sparks from ONB as my mortgage lender and she was AMAZING! As a first time home buyer I had many missteps and questions, but she was attentive and accommodating the entire time. She's extremely knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything that was happening in the process. She always responds promptly to any questions that I have and is a top notch communicator. I highly recommend her to any home buyers!
