Their staff will just lie to your face, make you jump through hoops, then not even deliver on what was stated their actions would be after you follow their instructions. Big waste of time.
Terrible customer service, wait times are long no call back options. If you open an account online then the in bank staff won’t help you. They charge NSF fees even when you have funds present and you have to fight to get them off account. The worst!
Old national bank charges $38 PER ITEM you overdraft, and then an additional $8 per day for 16 follorwing days after that. They will let your account say “available balance”, allowing you to withdrawal money from your account, only to come back the next day and hit you with “pending charges” that will cause you to overdraft.
