I just called every old national bank in the south metro and nobody answered. Ever since old national bought all the small banks the service has been terrible. Now I'm gonna have to keep calling so I can make an appointment to terminate all my accounts. We have to start voting with our dollars people and not let these major corporations run all over us. And don't write a follow up message like your concerned, everybody knows you don't care. Just look at your reviews...
Very disappointed with my visit. I brought my brother into this location hoping to exchange for a roll quarters. Hoping to get small town values and service, we received the opposite. They said they would do it one time and to never come back.. My brother is a Veteran, with disabilities, just moved to Farmington... Not feeling very welcome...

I was about to use this bank for a new mortgage but after I was most of the way set up the loan manager cancelled the application. I had been told they were a friendlier bank and cared about new customers. Clearly not the case. Stay away
