I have had a terrible experience with this bank throughout the time of my financing with them. I do not recommend it. They have apparently misreported the auto loan I took through them as a secured loan and have made it difficult for me to refinance. It is taking up much of my time to fix the issue and they won't help. I can't know that this is intentional but it's suspicious. At this point I wish I could leave zero stars. I have had my account with Old National for over 6 years and until recently, I never had any problems. Now I have more problems than I can state. 1 including being told they don't know what is going on with any 9f my accounts or how to fix them. Corporate just says they aren't at fault, that I made all the mistakes. Pull the call history, listen to the calls I have made.
