This is one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had with a bank. We had an account get hacked and they have completely pretty much just threw the towel . I can’t even cash my checks. I can’t even get my own money out but at the beginning, Gracie, who works at the Boonville location, told us that we were so safe going there. She would handle all of our fraud situations, and they are on top of it.
