This is one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had with a bank. We had an account get hacked and they have completely pretty much just threw the towel . I can’t even cash my checks. I can’t even get my own money out but at the beginning, Gracie, who works at the Boonville location, told us that we were so safe going there. She would handle all of our fraud situations, and they are on top of it. Let me just say. I apologize but I think the ladies name was Grace. She was very polite, professional, and even called and told me my amount. She is an asset to old national. Thank you.

Called to check cd rates. The rep gave them to me. I asked about a penalty for early withdrawal. Was told that it depend on where I was at in the term. I said that I needed an answer. I heard 'puh' on their end of the phone. Told me that like on a 11mth cd the penalty was 36 months of interest. WOW. My suggestion is to go to your local credit union or local bank. Even when I have gone in to make a deposit, they act like it is an inconvenience.

Would give zero stars if I could. The people here are rude, the chairs have nasty sweat stains. A pathetic excuse for a financial institution. I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant banking experience. Do not open accounts here.
