Good outcome.
Called to check cd rates. The rep gave them to me. I asked about a penalty for early withdrawal. Was told that it depend on where I was at in the term. I said that I needed an answer. I heard 'puh' on their end of the phone. Told me that like on a 11mth cd the penalty was 36 months of interest. WOW. My suggestion is to go to your local credit union or local bank. Even when I have gone in to make a deposit, they act like it is an inconvenience.
Would give zero stars if I could. The people here are rude, the chairs have nasty sweat stains. A pathetic excuse for a financial institution. I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant banking experience. Do not open accounts here.
Whittney answered all my questions and had so much respect for me and my personal needs. I came into the call half expecting to yell and fight, but she made it quick and painless. She took care of my problem, and set me up to have less problems in the future. Thanks Whittney!
