Mohammed Elashawah is the most unprofessional mortgage loan officer. He belittled my realtor, who went above and beyond her role as a realtor, (Mrs. Sherrelle Barbour). Clients are required to receive their loan disclosure papers 72 hours before the closing date. I never received documents before closing. His failure to communicate prevented receiving a federal / state grant. Old National has some very good mortgage loan products. If you can avoid receiving services from Mohamed, PLEASE DO SO!
I used the drive thru and it was quick and easy. The Teller was nice and had me on my way in 3 minutes.There has never been a long line and I've been a customer for 4 years. Love it!
THEY ARE FRAUDS. They rearrange your purchases to make it look like you overdraft 4 times vs 1 time in reality.
