Can't believe it. I called and the lady was nice unlike the other banks in the area. She couldn't fulfill what I needed due to policies but she tried to help point me in the right direction as I'm from out of state. Thank you.
Awful customer experience with Old National during a home construction loan. They deleted my previous negative review. DO NOT use Old National as their staff is inexperienced and unprofessional in my experience. So many issues there isn't enough space in this review to explain all of them.
