We opened a checking account for my wife’s personal use. Trying to get on- line access has been a complete nightmare. Long story short, we ended up on a phone line with a very nice Indian lady after holding for 25 minutes only to be told that we will have to visit a local branch to have on-line access. This was the poorest system I have ever seen for setting up on-line access. I would totally give a zero they are very racist to color person!!!
Manager needs to read up on their policy has no idea what it is ... But there is a reason why this branch has a bunch of 1 star reviews and the others dont ...green river road excellent service
