We opened a checking account for my wife’s personal use. Trying to get on- line access has been a complete nightmare. Long story short, we ended up on a line with a very nice Indian lady for 25 minutes only to be told that we will have to visit a local branch to have on-line access. I don’t believe for a minute that a local branch will be able to help us. This was the poorest system I have ever seen for setting up on-line access.
I would totally give a zero they are very racist to color person!!!
Manager needs to read up on their policy has no idea what it is ... But there is a reason why this branch has a bunch of 1 star reviews and the others dont ...green river road excellent service
Blake is a rising rockstar! Every time I have a need with any of my accounts he is so awesome to deal with. He remembers me every time even if it is over the phone and always goes above and beyond bc he cares. I promise the only guy I will talk to until he gets promoted will be Blake. People who care like him are far and few between, and honestly I would normally try and steal a guy like that but our businesses are very different! Kudos to your training and keeping a guy like that engaged! Blake you rock!
I brought my wife to the USA after living in Europe several years. We tried a credit union first and they didnt allow her to join so we went to Old National. They treated us so good and were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. My kids even wanted to run to the little toy area and the employees were so welcoming. Thank you Old National!
