We opened a checking account for my wife’s personal use. Trying to get on- line access has been a complete nightmare. Long story short, we ended up on a phone line with a very nice Indian lady after holding for 25 minutes only to be told that we will have to visit a local branch to have on-line access. This was the poorest system I have ever seen for setting up on-line access. Manager needs to read up on their policy has no idea what it is ... But there is a reason why this branch has a bunch of 1 star reviews and the others dont ...green river road excellent service
Blake is a rising rockstar! Every time I have a need with any of my accounts he is so awesome to deal with. He remembers me every time even if it is over the phone and always goes above and beyond bc he cares. I promise the only guy I will talk to until he gets promoted will be Blake. People who care like him are far and few between, and honestly I would normally try and steal a guy like that but our businesses are very different! Kudos to your training and keeping a guy like that engaged! Blake you rock!
