Another good example of a bank that got "bailed out" and claims to be on the up and up, yet keeps increasing fees and practices unethical business. Avoid this bank. I was a customer for 19 years until they started thinking about making money dishonestly rather than serving customers. Lots of hidden charges here and money that disappeared from my account
HORRIBLE BANK!!!! They charge a \$10.00 fee for "returned mail"??? who does that.... All of their fees are completly absurd.... and then they claim that its been that way "forever" but ive had an account with them for the past 15 yrs and never got charged until 2009.... closing my account and switching to a new bank.... STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! 00000 stars if it were possible
This bank is awful!!!! They sent out these leaflets last april they said to let you know there is no holding time when you use your card! I remember leaflets stating a new privacy policy. I think they need to be more apparent in letting you know they are about to screw you over and take your money. Now the moment you swipe your card whether debit or credit if the money isnt in there they charge you 35.00. Even if you do it after hours. I made a gas purchase at 10:00pm on a thurs.
