Very friendly!! Shout out to Karen in the drive through!! Always super nice and friendly.
I went through the drive thru yesterday to make a deposit there was one car in front of me so I just pushed the call button to let them know I was next well neither one of the ladies responded to my call so by the this time a truck pulled up they were waited on next and then an SUV pulled up they were also waited on and mind you these ladies still had responded to my call🤬🤬🤬🤬 at this point I was the only car out there and I could see the one lady looking at me I had been there for 10 minutes so just drove off worst exper... read more
If you'd like somebody to drag you along for weeks doing minimal research, asking the same questions and not paying attention to anything you're saying to then tell you they did not realize they did not ask any qualifying questions and can't actually help you at all, Old National is great way to go
