I walked in to get a large withdrawal when the funds were available. I waited for 15 minutes and the manager came out with a letter saying the funds weren’t available. I left without making a scene. I call the 1-800 number and they tell me he flagged me for suspicious activity. In all the years with them I have never had a check not clear from a customer. RecommendedMy oldest needed a checking account and debit card. I’ve been friends with Kathy Spangler for over a year now and she took excellent care of him when he signed up at her branch. She went the extra mile to help him understand how his account worked with deposits and told him if he ever had an issue to call her direct. What outstanding service! When the time is right we are moving all of our accounts to Old National under Kathy.

Customer service is condescending and rude. My mother just had oral cancer surgery and is unable to speak for the next three weeks. She received an alert on her phone instructing to call Old National for possible fraud detection. I called, explained the situation, explained I have power of attorney and tried to resolve the situation. They were completely unwilling to help. I do NOT recommend this bank! They did not honor the credit card that THEY provided to me when they decided they wanted us to use a different one! Mine was still valid and there was money in my account yet I was left standing at a register in a store being told my card was denied!!!!! I also have a small account that I tried to pay off just last night and they will not allow it to be paid off because they want to squeeze every last penny of interest that they can from me!
