I walked in to get a large withdrawal when the funds were available. I waited for 15 minutes and the manager came out with a letter saying the funds weren’t available. I left without making a scene. I call the 1-800 number and they tell me he flagged me for suspicious activity. In all the years with them I have never had a check not clear from a customer.
