I have banked with ONB for many years now and I have always had a pleasant experience. The team there is very helpful and personable, especially Tayler!
The General manager AKA Lisa Grimmette Is the branch manager & bank manager. She closed account. Not sure how we got stuck with her . We most definitely were treated very poorly compared to any other customers in the same situation. NO CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER . She didn’t even allow Is to share our information. rude, unhelpful, manager seemingly won't lift a precious pinky to assist when busy.
I had never done business with Old National until I had to step in and take care of my parents' finances. It's been a great experience to work together with them to handle all of the legal and financial aspects of this transition. They've patiently helped me every step of the way. If things ever go sideways with my current bank this is where I would go.
