Customer service is condescending and rude. My mother just had oral cancer surgery and is unable to speak for the next three weeks. She received an alert on her phone instructing to call Old National for possible fraud detection. I called, explained the situation, explained I have power of attorney and tried to resolve the situation. They were completely unwilling to help.
